Drita is a multilingual voice over actor and coach with 20 years of experience recording in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Her voice over projects involve various styles including:
- Narration (corporate, medical, scientific)
- On-hold messages / telephony
- Training videos.
After studying Latin American culture and languages as an undergraduate at Rice University, Drita Dumont went on to achieve a master’s degree in Brazilian studies from Brown University, and a second master’s in public health. While working in the community health field, Drita rediscovered her love for acting when she booked on-camera industrial and commercial jobs. Her renewed interest in acting and creativity inspired her to kindle a voice over career and motivated Drita to land her first gig as the Portuguese speaking narrator for NASA’s International Space Station video!
In addition to VO recording, Drita offers private coaching for voice actors and serves as a language coach and consultant on numerous multilingual voice over projects.
